Writing is in itself therapeutic, though in the beginning you could find it difficult. This will happen if, for example, you are thinking back to an abusive relationship.
People often say, ‘what’s past is past’ but for some it is not as easy as that. If something has happened to you; that you couldn’t deal with at the time, then it can hold you back in the present.
Equally, those of you who are struggling with an issue in the present day may find it relates to something that happened to you in the past. Other problems such as; stress at work, problems in a relationship maybe depressing you or making you anxious.
