If it is a partnership issue you can both come to the session or to begin with perhaps attend singly. There are different courses of action open to you – the important thing to remember is that YOU are in charge.
If you are suffering from depression and or anxiety you may find it difficult to leave your home, in which case online therapy/counselling may be more helpful to you.
Should you be able to come and see me in person our preliminary meeting will be free of charge. This gives you the opportunity to consider whether you think I will be able to help you overcome your problems.
